National Credit Union Administration
Created by the U.S. Congress in 1970, the National Credit Union Administration is an independent federal agency that insures deposits at federally insured credit unions, protects the members who own credit unions, and charters and regulates federal credit unions.

Heartland Credit Union Association
The Heartland Credit Union Association is an association comprised of credit unions in Kansas and Missouri.  Their mission is to unite, strengthen and advance credit unions through advocacy, compliance, professional development and consumer awareness.

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau works to protect consumers from unfair, deceptive, or abusive practices and take action against companies that break the law.  They provide consumers with the information, steps and tools they need to make smart decisions.
