Credit Union Council

Established in 1968 by K.S.A. 17-2232, the Credit Union Council serves as an advisor to the KDCU Administrator on issues and needs of credit unions.

Subject to the specifications of the statute, the Governor appoints the seven members of the Council.  Each member is appointed for terms of three years with a two term limit.

Interested in serving on the Council?  There is an opening for a credit union officer, residing within the 1st Congressional District, and a public member.  You may submit an application through the Governor's Office of Appointments.
